HI EVERYBODY!!! (Hi Dr. Nick)

So I am in the market for a new ECS for my Rusty, I have burnt up 2 VXL 3s. The 2nd one I only got 2 runs out of it. Thank god Traxxas is lifetime warrenty. I have been hearing good things from CC Mamba Max, but that is way too much for me. So I have been looking at the Sidewinder Sv2. Can anyone comment on that ECS? Or does anyone recomend any other ECS under $80. Also I am not into racing or anything serious I just like to go fast and jump big.

Figure out why you are burning up VXL ESC's and go from there. Do you have a cooling fan on the ESC? Are you gearing your car correctly for the conditions? Are you running Lipo batteries without proper care and use?

I have yet to burn up a VXL ESC, and I am ROUGH on these things. I take my stuff out to use it with intent to break it, so I have something to do later on. The VXL ESC is not something I've had to replace yet...

you could get the mamba 1.8th scale combo and slap on it.
I did that with my slsh 4x4 with a 3s, whole nother ball game

just make sure you have room to open it up with out running into anything.

I have come across sidewinder Sv2 and rather don't know too much about it. In fact I am taking its idea through this thread only. Other than that I wanted to ask a question to A3VRSIX that how did you burned out your VXL 3s.? What had happened actually ?
