Door latch failed

I got to work and went to shut my door and it wouldn't stay shut unless I slammed it, and by the time I got home it wouldn't stay shut at all so I took it apart and found that the spring that holds the piece up to keep the door shut popped off
Temporary fix with another spring but I have to order a new one
Anyone else have this issue?

Grounds, Grounds, Grounds Replace them things.
Divorces, Great Coffee, and Electrics, all start with GOOD Grounds.
Where are my grounds ?

The one that would be between the 1 and the 9 that presses the piece up
