I didn't bring my camera, but I did grab some video of Aaron testing the launch control on the drag audi after everyone left.

The first one is one of the several launch control attempts and the last two are waterbox burnouts

You've listened to that voice for so long, you believe it to be you. you believe it to be your best friend. Where's the best place an opponent should hide? In the very last place you would ever look.
The greatest con, that he ever pulled, was making you believe that 'he is you.'

I'm gonna go ahead and call you out, RPF1.

First of all, I do NOT appreciate your lack of knowledge posting about my car and "BLQ replicas". If you were knowledgable you'd know that BLQs are in fact a replica of Lamboghini Gallardo wheels. My wheels were released about the same time as the BLQ. So essentially, rotiforms are replicas too.

I'll have you know , I ordered the BLQs, but due to terrible customer service I cancelled my order with Rotiform. I will not divulge further.

Also, in reference to the silver mk3 with status seats. Status has been making reclinable seats since they first hit the scene. They're authentic.

Your article had some good content, however is it necessary to poke fun or point out flaws?

Do it right or do it twice.

Bags and wheels don't make show cars. Ingenuity and originality are lacking in the scene.

LOL "my lack of knowledge" huh.. I do indeed know what BLQs are and where they get the design from.. matter of fact I wrote an article almost a year ago about this.. So do your research before you "call me out" and "my lack of knowledge.."

Please find me some information on Status Reclinables that they made since day one... I sure can't find anythinig.. As far as I know.. Status Racing has been making buckets only and a set is in my car.. so you bet I did my research on that..

Just to be completely fair with you.. I do like the overall look of your car that's why I even took that many pictures of it anyways.. But if you're really gonna make a big deal about this I can remove all of them.. It wouldn't add or take a way much from my coverage anyways...

Would you guys prefer if I commented "oh nice car" and lied about it to every picture?? I'm sure that will make things really interesting... Honestly if you can't handle a little poke & fun I suggest you don't bring your car out to a public event like this.. $.02

The fact of the matter is, the reason these events are put on and people go, is to have fun. Not to read about multiple cars gettin poked at on an online article. I went to support DJM, give some canned food, and see friends. It was a good time and I'm glad I came out in the daily beater for a bit. Maybe next year I'll have the other car to bring ;P

I understand.. that was my motive as well and I enjoyed it very much. I'm really not looking for trouble or anything.. I just want to share my experience in an entertaining way to my viewers.
To be honest with you the majority of the traffic to my site isn't even from the Pacific Northwest so if it bothers you or anybody else, you can simply just not read it. I will do just fine.. I mean you guys did leave out the fact that I had to individually edit all these pictures and format them into a blog post..

Also I will edit the mentioning about your wheels being BLQ reps as I stand corrected..

Was a fun write up to read.
I especially like the last paragraph: "Also.. as I was getting ready to leave, the owner of Double J Motorwerks shook my hand, thanked me and told me he appreciates me for coming out.."

This speaks volumes about DJM. Joey and Carrie and stand up people.

Was planning to come but didn't leave Seattle till 10pm Saturday Looks like a good time.
