I"m going to need the transmission pulled so I can get the "flange" where the the Drive ale connects machined.
I had a broken bolt in one of the six holes and when it got extracted and retreaded the retread is not straight. I can not get a proper seal on the inner cv joint due to this.
Any suggestions on where I can go OR who could help me?
You'll probably have to put a helicoil in that hole. I don't know of a shop that will do it, but worse case, just run the 5 good bolts and try to forget about it
Go €uro, or go home!

Straightaways are for fast cars, Corners are for fast drivers.
If you stripped out the flange, just get yourself a puller, and replace the flange.. It's alot easier than dropping the tranny.

I hope I painted the correct picture of what my issue is..
where the inner CV Joint mounts to the transmisison on the drivers side. the "flange" (circle with 6 threaed holes).. One of the holes was rethreaded and is"crooked" the bolt does not tighten flush with the "flange"..
I was told that the "flange" is pressure mounted to the transmission and can not just be removed.. said pressure could "kill me" if it was not taken off properly...
Bro, a VR drive shaft is expensive. I know a company that can replace the ends on a drive shaft if you need this. I replaced both of mine last year. I first go the aftermarket ones from ECS and they broke a few weeks later, then I bought the OEM ones and so far, working great. but if you need this piece, I can send you the number to my friend. His company makes these and I am sure its cheaper than a VR shaft.
P.s. I also see you leaving Sembach and that your ride sounds so nice!
