Most likely the balast is not working.. And going death

Vortex, Please help! This has been boggling my mind like crazy.
I just installed my HIDs and I've encountered a few problems. The first issue is that my drivers side bulb is pinkish, which after doing some research I have learned that the bulb is going out.
The second issue is my passenger side HID sometimes does not come on at all and it requires me turning my lights off and back on several times before it comes on.
I'm looking for the easiest/best way to get this fixed this weekend without having to order anything, so any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Usually the pink color to the bulb means that the salts in the bulb are burned up so the bulb is done. I would try picking up another set of bulbs and trying, or weigh and compare kit vs bulbs and go the kit route and replace.

Everything is brand new. I just received them from TMTuning. The driver's side ballast (The side w/ the pink bulb) works fine because I hooked up another bulb to it so I've diagnosed the issue as the bulb for that light. However, sometimes when I turn my lights on the HIDs don't come on at all, or just one of them will. I have no idea what would cause this.

They're going into a MKIV GTI. The headlights that they're in are Daywalkers from TM Tuning.
I already have anti-flicker decoders installed with them.

The ballest sent getting enough power from the car that's why it won't turn on. Or it could be a bad ballest. Contact tmtuning and ask for a new one.
