Feeler/ FS 2000 Audi S4 seats

Hey all,
Long story short, what can I get for a set of 2000 Audi S4 sedan seats? Both front powered/heated/airbagged? and 95% good. The pass seat has one small circle of a burn. The backs are 100% good.
Long story, I have a set of seats that came out of a 2000 S4 sedan. Since the guy totaled out the car, I bought the whole interior. I am getting old of the gray suede and want to get black leathers.
Also, Would it be better to trade +$20, or buy & sell separate? I found a set local that have third row seats and in same condition.
