I plan on going e85 pretty soon ive done alot of research and have 1 unknown, that i want to be sure of
From my understanding in 2000 all cars produced had to be ethonal capatible due to the ethonal put in pump gas.. so lines dont corode(thats what ive ben told and read online, correct me if im wrong)

i currently have a 2002 jetta gls 1.8t awp and have k04 w/inlet, 4 bar FPR, exhaust, evap delete, etc etc and all other mods with eurodyne..
protuned to be conservative due to stock injectors.
the plan is to get 870cc injectors and a inline 255 walbro FP. then get tuned for e85

my concern is my lines and tank, will anything be at risk of corrosion?

Does anyone have experience or knowledge on this?

there has been 10 percent ethonal in gas since the 90's so your lines and stock tank are fine.

i would also get an 044 pump its a little better then the walboro which likes to **** the bed at high fuel pressures

the 870cc injectors are great they can spray almost 1000cc at 4 bar. and over 1200cc at 5 bar base rail pressure
