i made 419 on 27psi but couldnt turn up to my normal 34psi (i know its not efficient) because of a misfire i developed the week before....but when it was on 34 it felt stronger then 27psi....No def. numbers though. I since then have done a better and bigger turbo with alot more power adders

i run dotR tyres on the street. 225's at that, will be going wider with 3piece snowflakes. i am widening for a purpose :]

and i can spin my TDi 02J through fourth if i want..but i have no need for it.

i say a solid, total package setup with a solid, sorted tune is superior than stuffing a 30r,1kcc injectors and E85 in there because, well look...i see 20+psi@3400rpm and my redline is 8300....
i have a 5000rpm powerband, great respool, my midrange is fukn huge compared to just a 30r and E85, i have low end for days and my top end pulls to redline and would go past.

soooooo, pay to play. run with the big boys, talk down to everyone, but can't step up?

Come on Tom, stop it with that nonsense already. I've been running my PTE5857CBB with no issues whatsoever since October 2010. NONE!!!

My 5857 feels pretty crazy at that boost level too... Spinnin 4th is no biggie even on 245 (or whatever they were) 15s MT drag radials.

A well built, properly tuned set up is always going to be much better then just throwing a ton of knock resistant fuel at a bigger turbo with more boost. But people have been and will continue to do this till the end of the gasoline engine because it's easier and still "makes power". People are blindsided by peak numbers and gains into thinking they are doing stuff right when in reality they would have a MUCH faster car if they focused on efficiency and under the curve power. Your 30 more whp at redline does you no good if I've been making 30 more whp for 4000 rpms and have a gap the size of china between us.

But then again this all goes back to the very profound knowledge of

"Horsepower sells cars, Torque wins races"

Don't you know the feds have a super secret task focus that monitors every message board ever for street race activity, so we can't talk about it here in public.... even though it will be in Mexico, big brother will get us

I seriously doubt that... They have bigger fish to fry and considering their limited resources I'm sure they're more worried about this guy

      than these guys

Haha, its not really in Mexico.... There's a place called "Mexico" in SFL where people street race.

People race there ALL the time. Even during the day. No one gives a crap because it's in the middle of nowhere and takes some time to get to.

I don't see 2.0l cars with airbags, and emo kids that look like ladies with skinny jeans and feminine features.
