Ask for extra pictures! Please dont respond if you are not mechanically inclined to finish the car.
BBS do not come with the car so dont ask. .....TRADES WELCOME........ preferably bmw vw or motorcycles.
Thinking about getting rid of my MK1 project. It's a 77 Basic Rabbit. I started out wanting to do a full restore, but got tired of waiting and started to put it back together. Buy this car and either make some money by parting it out or build a badass racecar. I'll try my best to list out what it has below:

    77 Rabbit, mostly original paint
    all original trim
    original bumpers
german windshield with near new seal
all lights - original, could use some replacements
    missing grill
most of the brackets are shaved in the bay, welding needed to finish

    Interior:
    brand new ez wiring harness
perfect original rear navy blue rear seat
mk2 jetta front seats in blue (they are cloth, so they kinda match, I've been looking for original seats for a WHILE)
full set of near perfect navy door cards from a deluxe car (carpeted on the bottom)
original headliner with a few very small tears.
original early dash with 1 small crack
wood grain dual gauge bezel w/ matching am/fm radio
original single gauge black bezel with all parts intact, w/ old school dual shaft jensen tape deck (matches well)
Late model bug chrome door handle surrounds
Most all of the little odds and ends that you need to put it together, the only main thing missing inside is the carpet.

    Suspension:
Brand new, zero mile rokkor coils
MK2 front spindles (modified to fit mk1) w/ slotted/drilled rotors and brand new pbr ceramic pads
    new mk2 balljoints
mk2 rear beam included with new slotted/drilled rotors and pbr ceramics
    new braided front brake lines
    ABD lower control arm brace

    Engine/trans:
    1.9L G60, 8:1 compression
Extensive port and polish on the head, new everything, hd valve springs, etc.
    268/260 TT cam
    polished TT cam gear
3 different dizzy's, depending on how you want to go, 1 G60, 1 Early points style, and one later points style
    at least 3 fuel pumps
non ac/non ps v belt setup with alternator
mostly complete G60 serp setup, with alternator (includes TT pulley)
most parts needed to mount a G-ladder
    digi1 wiring harness
    I've also got a bunch of G60 parts I mabe willing to throw in.and a g ladder.
trans is a low mileage rebuilt (german transaxle) 9a with a tdi 5th.
    new 90mm axles
    ABD shift linkage
empi shifter assembly (with the hot rod style reverse lockout)

This car is a project and does not run currently please dont throw me lo ball offers or ask for parts, i am selling the car as is so shoot me some offers Thanks. and remember OBO \

be a lot more simple if he put a price up with the add - instead of peopler guessing what he wants - its a waist of everyone's time..
