My car seems to run fine but my check engine light is on for misfires. I have a ford coil pack conversion, with new ford wires from ecstuning, and spark plugs.I'm using the ngk v power copper core plugs. The only thing that isnt new is the coil pack. I have 3 used coil packs that i have swapped with same results which is a misfire. I also changed out the icm as well. The maf problem happend today because i just oil and cleaned my k&n filter so it will have to be clean tomorrow. Any help on this would help out alot thanks

Have you checked the plug leads?

You need to scope the afm and see what exactly it is doing, and check the wires going to it, make sure there is good continuity in each of them,no cracked or half broken circuits.

Maybe check your fuel pressure and related components (Fuel Pressure Regulator, Plugged Fuel Filter, Weak Fuel Pump, Injectors, ETC...) cylinders 1,3,5 are on the back of the head so fuel has to travel farther through the head after leaving the injectors to reach the cylinders, if pressure is low or the injectors aren't spraying good enough, the mixture will be incorrect once it reaches those cylinders.
