    i got a problem i snapped my shifter and i cant get out the shifter to replace it can anyone help me ...

    Snapped what? The shifter handle itself?
    If you broke that... you need to pull the shifter box out of the car.

    Detach exhaust from manifold. Unbolt tunnel heat shield, weasel out.
    Detach shift rod at engine bay. Unbolt shifter box, wiggle it out.

    While it's out, replace everything in it - handle, bearing, rod bushings (the one in the box, and the one at the 'engine' end of the rod.)
    You don't want to do this twice.

    I'd highly recommend, when you're getting parts, that you also get the shift linkage alignment tool, too. GAP sells it for ~$12. Well worth it - saves a lot of headache (and, takes the "trial and error" out of doing the linkage alignment.)
