(The tiger part gets all the love )

I bought a 2009 White Gold SE with leather and 18" NY's. Got a great deal. And, SAT radio issues and crappy speakers aside. I am loving it.

However after TEN! tests over in the testing forum, I STILL can't post from my picassa (Yes I clicked the image button and put the entire URL in between the "IMG" thingys) Does the fast that it says "http" when you click the image link and "https" from my picassa have anything to do with it?

When you post to Picasa, you now have the option to make those pictures open to all public searches or not. My guess is that you have them posted as private. I think that's where the https is coming from. When I post them as non-public, I can't even see the pictures in my Picasa web album. The only thing that shows up there are those that are public. I don't know how Google expects us to remember where the hell the pictures are placed.

Copy direct link from Picasa then get rig of the http when you click on the image button then paste and you'll be able to post. Public or private has nothing to do with it..

Got it! It's "Embed Image", not "Link" as many in the help forum insist....

    Anyway, here it goes

The color was not my first choice, actually it was 3rd, but I am liking it. Still looks kind of silver to me, not seeing the "gold" or "pearl" others have seen.

Took it on a highway trip down to Connecticut over the weekend and was very impressed by how fun it was. I am coming from older cars (My beloved 95 Acura Legend, 86 Mercury Cougar) so perhaps I am just not used to driving newer cars.

Mods I am thinking of are tires (keep the wheels), audio (Not sure how much to replace yet, beyond speakers), vinyl for the chrome trim around the window, and roof rack. Yellow fogs, plasti dip for the chrome around the grill (but not the emblem) de badge the back.

I am stuck on tint however. I kind of like the green ish hue the OEM rear windows have. I may call a tint guy and color match.

I think I figured out your pm...

I'll take more pics for you.have you considered removing that huge plastic chunk the rear plate bolts to? It seriously cleans up the rear end and allows a flush mounted plate like this

No not at all you just need some rubber well nuts and stainless fasteners drill holes after measuring and screw in. there is a deep hole back there so be sure it's perfectly Aligned but it's straight forward to do once you get the bracket off
