So let’s start from the beginning...

After my stolen VW Golf R32 shown below, I decided to go completely different way, I mean buying an old cult car. I always like Corrado and knowing many people who own one, I spontaneously buy one starting a new stage in my passion

      R32 season 2008

      And my Corrado, season 2009...

Unfortunately, after a few treatments which increase boost pressure and my heavy leg almost 20 year old engine could not stand it and s... happened

In 2009, after this incident, I decided that the Corrado will be rebuild from scratch and build one of the best Corrado in Europe

The car was stripped to bare metal, given a new paint job and will be replaced with new everything possible to get even to bring about a state of perfection, and executing my vision Corrado

      Season 2010

      Here we go

      Now some of the parts

water cooler made from the original on the new core with aluminum bolsters, intercooler - the old core has been thoroughly washed and cleaned and sides were made of aluminum

      Season 2012

      Newly assembled engine

      A few pics from work

      We go to a workshop

The engine fired, the counter with the state 0 kilometers - so we do the first kilometers on dyno

150km driven on the road and then went to Poznan for further work

Garage in Poznan, where the continuous ongoing work on a car ... a new leather for interior, removing old electrical and a reconstruction from scratch, detailing, different types of treatment

These are just some things, the rest I'll throw soon. Some part of the work will not be shown until the car will be ready to go, after that there will be some new things in the description and photos.

Everything is presented in a short, because it was too much to describe at the moment with work lasting 3 years ... Increased history of the car on my forum www.vwzone.pl

A dream come true. Beautiful work.

Redoing a lot of things the right way, how they should have been done from VW.

My deram was to rebuild Raddo on new parts in OEM look and make one of the best G60 engine in europe. I cosider for a short time if change the engine but finally i realized that keeping it original is the way i should go I love the sound, theres only a few g60 on scene etc... Now i know that was the right decision

      Soon more pics

I think you had that car built in your head before you started it. Nice thread! Pic heavy, lotta detail, bright work and over built the way these cars need to be. My son Drake was stoked and wants Dad to take our black Corrado to the level. Nie kompilacji Byk!

You got a late model shift knob and boot with the brass washer. Good find! I cut out a washer from an old plastic (soft) laundry basket to hold the boot up to the knob. No more saggy boot and shifter are showing.

      Gotcha

Yeah, when I ordered a black Samco hose from Bar-Tek, they told me that I'd have to wait 2 months for it, while on the other hand the blue ones were in stock...

I think the Carbon work looks AWESOME. Just need some Spoonfed Tuning Carbon Bits to make it all blend together.

You should upgrade to late-spec center console/dash ancl. too so that everything matches
He would have to wrap a late spec dash in carbon then, screws/mounting points for the bezels are different.

I'm not an expert but I think that the whole late-spec center console is a direct plug 'n play swap into an early-spec dash (btw, I have all the late-spec stuff sitting and waiting for me to do the swap - eventually )...
