Thread: About to buy a brand new 2012 Allez Comp..worth it?

    its 770 without tax

    i like the geometry...the components are all 105 shimano..i heard they're real vanilla but also pretty good

    ive been looking on craiglist but cant find a 61cm bike

    is this brand new bike worth it?

    if you like it, it fits, and you will ride it, it's totally worth it. 105 is great stuff.

    Hate to break it to you... judging by the levers.... it's not a 105. It's not a Tiagra. It's a Sora or 2300

    so, that means... 8-speed cassette

    the wheels look wrong, especially the front. the comp gets radial spaced front wheel

    a brand new Allez comp price... add a "1" in front of the 770.

    it looks like the base model Allez Compact

    ya i was mistaken...i thought all allez had 105 for some reason

    i did buy it today...a allez comp...i got 10% off so i paid 693 for it

    also..i think its a 9 spd cassete
