Weird noise on cold start

Hi everyone i'm new to this forum ....i have a 2012 tig and recently when i start it in the morning...i ear a noise comming from the engine...it appends only on cold start and last a sec or two and dissapears....any idea before calling the dealer

Best guess, starter is not disengaing fast enough. Or you have the duck option. sure sounds like one.

I have this same problem man, only on cold starts or after it was sitting all night.
I have a gls 1.8 jetta 2003. Its weird and I cant figure it out. Have you found anything?

No.....on my first oil change i will discuss whit my dealer the problem is that it doesn't always make it....so i try to repeat the sound and have more clues.......and SOLVE IT!
