"Dynafit" bindings on a lighter set of skis. still looking at a stack of 11-12 model year skis at the moment. considering La Sportiva Hi5's I'm not sure If I want flat tails or not for my back-country/side country ski.

My solid board will be another Lib, maybe a Lando Phoenix or a La Nina, probably with Burton Malavitas and a fresh pair of Burton Driver Xs.
My split will be a T.Rice 161.5 that has Karakoram Split 30's on it now but I'm going to try to put together a hardboot kit with Dynafit TLT5s or The One on Voile plates and Dynafit toe pieces. I'm going to do Dyna heels too if I can fit them between the bindings.
Outerwear for the ski area will be 686 stuff and for the backcountry/climbing will be whatever the lightest I can get my hands on.
Goggles will be Oakley Airbrakes. Gloves from Pow. Slackcountry pack is a Dakine HeliPro II and my serious pack is a Cilo Gear Worksack 45L.
I think that covers the important stuff.
Lately I have been testing "tip-in events". Just the tip-in. Just to see how it feels. Response time is typically on the order of 2-3 seconds. Sometimes the injection timing is a little off...
