Don't feel like the Lone Ranger. I found that too in the same spot. I took off the left front wheel and liner, hoping I wouldn't have to replace the reservoir. Good news: I refilled the reservoir and it"s good. Bad news: I didn't find the leak. I read somewhere else that these are hard to hunt down so the plan now is to just replace all the hose. It's sold in one long piece that you cut to fit for each section. I'll let you know how this works and hope we get some other ideas here.

Its the pump/grommit, if they don't leak when you fill them use the washers and they will start to leak. That how they hide when you fill it and just look at the tank.

just found my leak, was under the windshield wiper black plastic mesh. Had to remove the wipers to get it off. Some small rodent chewed it up, simple $5 plastic connector from AutoZone and I cut off the chewed up part, now shoots water over the roof of the car when sitting.

Mine was the pump, hardest part was figuring out if it was the alien pump or windshield pump when I called my parts guy. Used the opportunity to clean up the crap behind the wheel well.

It's really easy to replace. Just take the wheel off and undo the fender liner and it's right there. Here's a pump for $13 new -

Make sure you have your torx set and a 10mm socket on your ratchet. Also, sometimes the new pumps don't align properly in their wiring harnesses. You'll need to shave a little plastic off the male end with a razer or sharp knife in order to plug it in.
