I Just got a New set of wheels and Before I put tires on, I thought I should ask what size tires I should run so I can still go low without rubbing. I'm ordering a set of coilovers after I get the tires.

    Here's what I'm dealing with

    - 2002 Jetta
    - 18x8 35mm offset.

I test fit the wheels and they line up perfectly with the front fenders. I'd like to possibly run spacers in the back to do the same. Here are the pics.

    Thank You for any help!

Are those factory aristos? Because if they are, you have the wheel specs completely wrong, and something is definitely wrong for them to be flush with fender like that.. Even if they were 18x8, et35, they should not be fitting like that.. Something isn't right here..

And for the record, people usually use planks of wood for fitment tests, planks that fit in between the wheel edges so you can put full weight on them..
