Boy do I know THAT feeling. Paid 6 grand off in less than a year, but blew 3.5 in rims/tires/coilovers/speakers/etc.... >

I went with VW Credit, got a nice low rate on a CPO 3.9%, and have 3 years left on a 5 year loan.

With all the money I put into it, I could have paid the entire loan off in the first year.

Originally financed with 5k down, paid off in 12 months. Super proud that I did so at 21 while also a fulltime student

This is the only place I get to brag since I'm hardly modded, but gj to everyone who's posted, I've been curious about this as well and we all know how much work it takes to pay for our rides!

I'm glad to see so many who have paid off the loan- or are busting their a$$es to do so!

I put down about 2/3 of the price of my CPO last week. Financing the rest through VW credit since they beat my credit union's rate! I have a pretty low payment

Same here. I'll end up paying more in the long run, but my payments have been low over the life of the car. This helped a lot when I was going through grad school, only making $1,300 a month

thanks for all the responses, guys! I'm very surprised though by the results that so many people are still making payments on the cars.

lets see if more people can chime in!

2010 Jetta Limited Edition here... financed through VW at 0%. Can't beat that.

Two years and 22,000 miles in, 3 more years to go.
