I'm doing a job shadow next week or my Graduation project in school. What can I expect as to what we'll be doing, how I'll be dressing etc? I know there are a few corporate guys in here so what do you have for me? All I know is it'll be some form of a King Air (most likely) and we'll be flying to Delaware, Maryland, and an Island off the coast of North Carolina in the course of a week. Any info is greatly appreciated!

Very cool. I've done a couple of those in the Falcon. You'll watch the pre-flight planning process, fly for a while, listening to all the crazy radio chatter. It'll sound like a foreign language, and you'll wonder how the pilot can keep everything straight from when they're talking to him, to where they're telling him to go. You'll meet cool line people and CSRs at various FBOs, eat at various restaurants, sleep in various hotels, and realize that when a guy like me says, "I went to Albuquerque and Cincinnati today, both places look about the same from the corporate pilot's point of view. Get in touch with the pilot regarding dress code. Some guys wear suits, some just wear button-up shirts with ties, some (like us) wear slacks and polo shirts.
Have fun. It really is a cool job.

Cool I'm pretty excited. Most of my friends are job shadowing the..."Average" so to speak so I'm pretty excited for this! I did a lot of free training in the King Air a few summers ago so it will be cool to actually climb in it and see it in action. I'm curious to see the IFR operations as well and what kind of major differences there are between them and VFR.

    Where in Delaware?

Ask the person you'll be shadowing about what to wear, but dress pants (black, not too trendy or cargo pants) and a dress shirt would probably be fine (a pair of Producer pants and a 1MX shirt from Express, for example)

I just got back yesterday afternoon and had a great time! The pilot and I got along great and basically talked nonstop the whole time. We flew 3 passengers up to Wilmington, DE. Then left that evening for Charleston, SC. We stayed overnight there while the passengers golfed on Kiawah Island the next day then flew back in the late afternoon! I got to do some flying and handled the radios for some of the trip I'll post some pictures after I get home from work this afternoon.
