    Delails about the set-up
    9a block
    1.8l 16v port & polish head
    Autotech sport cam

Top Line of the dyno first set-up was 151 hp, great torque same head, cam, megasquirt, 30 lbs injectors with 50mm intake

2 Lower lines hp & torque big lost everywere

Custom itb from gsx 48mm, same head, injectors, 1.8t fuel rail, 6.5'' runner from an oem 16v Lower intake

    Same dyno, same tuner

in my opinion its your cams that are limiting you , need something more agressive to have a better powerband with ITBs also, from whats ive seen customs itb from bike never do really amazing numbers ..

Are you sure it's properly tuned ?
I just started tuning my 1,8 16v with the same ITB's , not jet dynotuned, but I'm sure torque does not fall so quickly after 5500 rpm...
will you post your msq ?

Those are pretty good numbers with the 50mm intake and the mods listed.

Do you have an A/F plot? If you didn't do any tuning after the change, you could be too lean or too rich now, hurting your numbers.

With the 50mm TB, were you running MAF, MAP, or Alpha-N tuning? Unless you've got a strong MAP signal, Alpha-N is the way to go on ITBs, which means a complete re-tune.
