AEB Strange noise - guys can you help me?

guys, as the title states...

I have uploaded the video to youtube. maybe you have inputs on whats going on with my engine. its an AEB from a 1999 audi a4 quattro. timing belt, tensioner changed a year ako. change the serpentine belt 2 days ago, thought the noise came from the tensioner.

Replace the rear camshaft chain and tensioner. Mine ( 1998 A4 Quattro ) made the exact same noise and even though the old parts showed little wear, the new parts made a huge difference in reducing noise.

BTW: The 1.8T is a " tractor motor " it's never going to be really quiet like a Japanese motor.
