    looking for help on how to adjust the back break on a 86 golf

    can anyone pls help me with trying to figure out this break problem i got. my back breaks arent working. and idk if i need to adjust them or there just not connected at all

    It's your car, crawl under it and look to see if the rear brakes are connected.

    Are the parking brakes working? I'm guessing no. Check the parking brake cables, and if they're rusty, or seized, start by replacing them.
