anyone ever do this..the county i live in doesn't do emissions.my cat is having my car throw codes...anyone do the hollowing of the cat or run a custom test pipe?

i have a custom test pipe and catback piping is 2.5 inches huge difference, but you will have to get a o2 spacer so you dont get any cel or get flashed and have them delete the rear o2
