so i just finished my vrt build and its got a sputtering problem under hard accel and wont realy make it past 4-5k.
it makes 19pounds of vacuum at idle and holds steady 8psi of boost.

during the build my dumb*ss self touched the maf sensor while swapping housings and cracked the sensor a bit. this was the first place i thought of so i unplugged it and the car seems to sputter alot less and will actually rev all the way thru the power range but still doesent run 100%. there are short times where it runs really good but then sputters again. does this mean the maf is bad?

any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

    step 1. replace broken parts.

there is no point in wasting time trying to track down 1004 possible issues, when you are already aware of one that is actually there.
