Excess Condensation from Air Vents on 2012 EOS

I just picked up my EOS the other day. We live in SE Florida. I have noticed excess condensation coming from the center air vents when the temp is set to 73 to 74. Is this normal? I mean you can really see the water. It is like the condensation coming from a glass of cold soda. Also I noticed the left vent by the drivers door does not have a solid air flow. In other words it is very weak air flow. Any thoughts on this? I have an appointment with the dealer to address these problems next week. Just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced similar problems.

Yes, I have an 08 Komfort and the vents get VERY cold and have a lot of condensation. I'm not sure why.. but honestly, I rarely use the AC. If its above 70 degrees out, the top is down
