I ran across this image and googled the image and just came up with pages with the image and no info.

Anybody know? Some type of kit?

    Is it something Panoz based?

Edit: Could be a kit based on the Esperante?

I know it, I've seen it. I wanna say Espero Sbarro but I'm not sure.

Its one of those one offs, like a Rinsspeed or something. I'm suprised its on the streets cause I remember seeing it in a high end event like Top Marques Monaco....Something like that

EDIT - Got it, Its a Stola Monotipo, and like a said.......Not the car you would see on the streets.

    based on fiat?

Fiat-based is right, but it was based on the Barchetta, and it was powered by a Lancia Delta Integrale engine (4 cyl, turbo, 2 liter, ~240hp)

Fiat 126 bis build thread here. Error 404: 0-60 not found.

looks like an event placard for show cars. Some are stuck on the dash, others are stuck in the ground in front of the car, others are placed behind the wiper, etc.
