I have this same problem. Siren is very quiet when I lock / unlock car, doesnt work when I use PANIC - only indicator. Siren faulty.

I have an 06 MKV Jetta TDIwith the following code in module 46. I took out the wounded duck "honk" horn out and installed the "chirp" siren a couple years ago. Everything seem to work fine other than the siren doesn't come on when I hit the panic button, the lights flash but no sound. Could this just be a coding problem?

Activate needle illumination in ALL MICRONAS cluster since 2004 up to 2010. Activate STAGING for all NEC cluster since 2008 even if not availabe in adaptation chanel.

Possible that the siren is faulty I suppose, but it "chirps" fine when locking the doors with the fob.

My also sound "fine" when I close / open Car. But doesnt work when I try t o activate alarm, only indicators working.
Activate needle illumination in ALL MICRONAS cluster since 2004 up to 2010. Activate STAGING for all NEC cluster since 2008 even if not availabe in adaptation chanel.
