flatter torque curve, but lower peak torque number...

I have a Unitronic flash & that graph sort of explains the peaky feel my car has

    Here's my UM dyno chart

Hp numbers aren't as high, but the upgraded 312mm front rotors and brand new tires didn't help that department. Also the ITG foam drop in filter seemed to be over oiled... back to paper now.

Engine wise just the AWE cat back system with an ITG pro panel filter and UM tune. Stock otherwise, but it made nice torque figures and that's all I'm worried about.

Yes, but I had my vacuum actuator on the drivers side intake manifold go bad which causes low tq #'s. it should be around 190 or so after I get the part I need. If u look at the mkv r32 forum there is a guy who had same problem and he jumped up 24 tq. I will post a dyno sheet soon when car is back up and running

Okay. So I just had the VR custom tuned by Jeff and let me just say these guys are great!!!! Torque is back up where it should be. Car pulls a lot harder now in all gears. I can't floor it in 1st without roasting the tires. Lol. On a back road there is a spot that I test things out and before Saturday I could only reach about 104mph. Now I hit 118mph. I love it. Will post up dyno sheet after H2Oi.

    Thanks again Brian & Jeff.

Figured I would toss this in here. I Just got the Um tune for my 03 24v. Then literally a week later scored a deal on a turbo set up. Tune made a huge difference in the car. But I now have the computer with the N/a tune on it sitting here. If anyone is interested in it. Shoot me a pm.

When and where did you buy the tune? We can credit you for that towards your turbo software.

Thats a great offer. But I ended up buying a computer with the turbo software on it for my turbo set up. United offered me the discount but it was still considerable cheaper the way I went, plus I have another computer now.

    Okay here is a update.

I went to go get the VR dynoed last month I believe and found out that the Vaccum Actuator was not working again. I took it off the Intake Mani and took it to the dealer to have them test it out. It still held vaccum and was perfectly okay.

The only thing I could think of would be the Solenoid took a dump. I replaced that and it is fixed.
So if anyone here feels like they loss tq have a friend either rev up the motor to around 3500rpm and you watch the actuator to make sure it is moving or the other way around.

I will post up dyno results when I have free time to get it done.
