Yes, self contained oil... sure cleans up the kit and bom.
We have some of our parts being cast right now for the silencer option. This should be ready to ship in around 45-60 days, max. The silencer configuration should come in at right around $550-650, includes a very nice air intake and slim line radiator fan.

Fantastic news! My Corrado will probably stay with a G-ladder but my wife's project Rocco may need this on the PG motor that is going in. I was thinking of an Eaton but this looks much better. What is the sound going to be like with and without the silencer?

A well tuned good running stage IV car with a free flowing exhaust should make around 200+whp or 230+chp
100 octane with an even smaller pulley can make 240+ whp or around 280+chp
A Stage IV car with decent tires and a good driver can run in the 13 sec 1/4 mile.
We are planning another dyno session and going for the 250 whp mark.
I'm sure we will max this baby out and so will some of our customers and make even higher #'s
Yes a 16v Ltd. engine will certainly make more hp and can come up on the 300hp mark.
I know we will have new customers making impressive hp #'s with this unit.
The real deal with this charger is not the hp # it makes on paper... It's the torque under the curve.
Our experience with running twin screw superchargers has been that turbo cars making 75-100+ more hp are about as equally quick.

The first two videos from this link are un-silenced cars.
    http://www.bahnbrenner.com/media/gal...?g2_itemId=707

One thing most people do not know is that this sound is the loudest at around 2-2.5k rpm.
When you get up to free-way speeds at any rpm the sound in the cabin is very little.

Our silencer add on option will knock this down by over 50% with no loss in power or performance.
Most of the reduction in sound is in the higher pitch range.
The car will still sound obviously supercharged and wicked...it will just not torque off the neighbors.

    Hi Pete-
I looked around the shop and we have very little left to support the old unit. We are all sold out of most all these parts. I would like to help you, although I am sorry to say that I cannot.

So if the oil supply is self contained, what'd you with the return and feed lines from a regular g-lader setup?

Guessing, you just remove Brass Banjo on head and screw oil pressure sender directly into head like all other MkI and MkII Block off or plug return at block.

Thanks for the reply. Wow the chargers look so similar dimension wise I would have thought that the only real difference would be in the rear connection on the chargers. How about the inlet you have any left? The big plastic piece?

Yes, after removing the oil feed line. You just screw the sensor right into the head. We also supply the bolt to cap off the return. That's it.

Yes, these chargers look similar but are completely different.
Yes, we have the black intake ducts on the shelf.

Ok will order it (plastic intake) and I will also need one of the filters the round kind before the oil enters the charger. Will call in the next few days.

I have a CNC mill and a tig welder I may just have to fabricate a silenced intake for myself I'm getting up there in age and they are starting to get noisy.
    Thanks Pete

This kit is shipping with a 65mm pulley. This will boost 1-2psi more than a stock G60 and you can run this on a bone stock car. Keeping in mind that the twin screws internal ratio is not the same as the G60 G-Lader. Of course we also have power pulleys for Stage III, IV and V+ boost levels. Yes, the head unit is Sprintex. Here is some more information on what has been improved with our new kit. Thanks

*Larger inlet plenum .450" larger inner diameter, 1.785" more inlet area
*Inlet plenum has CNC'd 3D pocket to smooth and improve air flow
*Outlet plenum, we added a 3D CNC milling routine for smoother air flow and a perfect match
*Larger head unit, rated to produce from 20-30 more hp overall
    *Head unit is oil sealed
*Head unit utilizes the latest twin screw technology, such as improved bearing thrust locks, 3D internally machined geometry for maximum flow and efficiency
*Head unit is shorter but larger in girth, shorter screw length reduces internal compression and heat, more efficient, more reliable
*Head unit manufactured under ISO9001 certification for absolute quality
*Superior mounting on the drive side and tail side of the charger
*Entire kit is manufactured to the utmost highest quality with attention to every detail

This is what I can think of right now. I'll add more if something pops into my head.

I'm currently fixing up a T. red G60 and will need a new supercharger for it. I have a lysholm but it's too loud for the wife. No lysholm silencers left so I will need one of your new superchargers with one of your new silencer kits.
I love the torque of the G60 just got my DD beat up G60 corrado back on the road this one is (Green) with a new stg3. clutch complete with LW flywheel. The corrado has a rebuilt but not ported Gladder, 68mm pulley, BBM stg3 chip, RSR outlet, 3.5 FPR, BBM intake, Neuspeed wires, with new plugs, cap, rotor and ign. coil. New fuel pump. 150 Compression all 4 cyls. Car runs great can't keep the front wheels from spinning in 1st gear. I do have a few more bolt ons to go before I bolt on one of my lysholm superchargers. Will need to get good air fuel ratios (LM-1) before I run it thru the 1/4 mile. So far car feels very strong.

Selling the charger you have on it now?
