Looking for a shop to stretch my tires in CT... Please Help!!

Hey guys, like i said i'm looking for a shop that is willing to stretch my tires.
Tires are 225/40/18 falken 512 and i'm trying to put them on a 9.5. I'm located in South Windsor CT.
Do any of you know any local shops that would do it?
