Did you replace the fuse with the same rating that was in there? And did you verify that that is the correct rating? You have a wire grounding causing it to short. I don't know if the cig lighters at the base of the dash are on that circuit, but check inside them, I had a penny or a dime fall into one once and shorted out.

Interior lights short.

Ok so I replaced the fuse for that interior lights and while replacing with a new fuse, it shorts out. Also the DVD tv's dont work, but the one on the dash works. Im really concerned I got me a bad Routan...

Yup replaced with with the same amp rating, 15a. Does the interior light have anything to do with the TV inside not working as well?...
