Unfortunately I have to part with my car. By far, this is the best car I’ve ever owned and definitely the one that elicited the most compliments and looks. I once observed an older guy come out of his car at a gas station to check out my parked car. Be that as it may, priorities have compelled me to put this fine car on the market.
The Fahrenheit GTI’s were specially built in Germany in a limited run of 1200 cars for the US market and recognizable by their unique orange color; don't commit a crime in this car). So this rare car, #822, will become even more so over time. Now on to the goods:
The car is fairly stock with the exception of the following: slotted and cross-drilled brake rotors, FK coil over suspension, carbon fiber front grille surround, and BSH pcv.
The previous owner, I am the second owner, changed the engine at 70K miles at which point the DSG service was also performed. Oil was religiously changed with Mobil One full synthetic at 5K mile intervals.
The car currently has 97K miles and will not rise significantly since it is not driven daily. The car has a clean carfax which I will gladly provide to prospective buyers. I priced it to move but I have some wiggle room if I get a serious offer.
