... truck driver forgetting to "tuck it in". Or eager photographer more intent of catching that shot for the news rather than trying to stop him before something goes really wrong.
Also, I'm sure there where other drivers, in addition to the ones we can see driving in both directions, that saw him and could have tried to stop him.
The world is going more and more
Oh, and it didn't end well, just a few minutes later he pulled down a high tension wire crossing the road right next to an elementary school.
