A helpful hint for anyone with oettinger wheels.

If you find yourself without hub centric rings, give tire rack a call. If anybody is unfamiliar with the problem in this, the center bore of the wheel is 68mm and it is a huge pita to find rings that reduce from 68-57.1 that are not plastic. Basically nobody has them.

Or so I thought, happened to call tire rack out of frustration. And to my surprise, oz wheels have used the same center bore on some of their wheels. Not only are they aluminum, they are also $5 each and shipped out the next day, even with me calling at 5 pm on a Thursday.

Assuming these go right in on Monday when they arrive, it will be a small victory in my book.

might be picking up some O'wheels for the mkVI, and the seller had no idea about the center bore.
