    FS or FT: 1973 412 NEPA

    Just performed tune up (plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter). No rust on underside. Interior 8/10
    Headliner has no rips, only drivers seat has cracks.
    Under hood paint is immaculate and so is carpet.

    Needs: -Master cylinder
    -Timing
    That's it!

    Automatic trans, California code engine fuel injected.

    Ran tests on fuel system. Shows steady pressure within spec.

    Overall an amazing condition car. Nothing missing. Just to many projects at this time.

    So you say it needs timing?Im assuming it doesnt run at the moment then?Also do the brakes work at all?

    Needing "Timing" does not necessarily mean it does not run, it just means it does not run well as a best case scenario.

    Wish I could afford it... One of my mother's favorite cars was her 72 411 she had in the late 70's/early 80's. GLWS.

    No it doesnt run currently. The timing is actually on, but since draining out the old gas it's not pumping gas to the rail. I'm guessing the screen in the tank may be clogged. I'll apply pressure to the line and try to blow back the debris and get you an update soon.
    We hooked up an external gas tank and it fires right up and idles. I drove it before emptying the gas.

    I wish i could keep it. I've never seen one on the road and it would be an awesome show piece.
