after selling my 12v turbo , i bought a b3 12v wagon and then a mk2 gti , both were fun but missed my mk4 for reliability and i knew my way around it



2003 Gti t-red never loose ed. 1 owner only mod(so far) is euro switch

Clean the stank from cig smoke out and air filter / dv , wire up sub / deck





meet up with a old dood in t.o and buy his 1100km used apr cat back for 300 !

ordered battery cover(why are they always missing) and picked up a mk5 rear wiper



timing belt and water pump done, was all OE @ 200,000km




coils still on the way from the motherland (ST's)

rear sway /exhaust (still needs dp) / unitronics chip 1+ and fixed the stupid sticking starter.







^ i adjusted the links already(rsb is the best money you can spend on a mk4)

and to everyone who thinks a chipped 1.8t is fast

i ran into the same problem with my GTI i bought a month or so ago. Reeked of cig smoke from 6 yrs from previous owner. I have 4 or so coffee bags from my work that are opened to absorb the smell. Toss it out and add more to absorb more of the smoke smell.

got my old headlights(have turn signal wired up as city light/parking light[like jetta])

also took the inter cooler off and cleaned it up, no oil inside but lots of sand and dirt blocking a good 1/3 of it
