"Wheels would likely need straightened"?? Seems like that's kind of a yes or no issue, unless you like the road to feel like you're constantly driving on cobblestone...

Just putting a feeler out there for this fairly rare S4. Most of the details below are going to be the same for all 250, but I'll add a bit that is particular to my vehicle:
Valve Cover Gaskets replaced at 60k miles (less than 4k miles ago)
New Front Brake Pads and rotors at 61k miles
2nd Owner, purchased at 50k miles
One set of OEM Wheels with new Summer Tires. Wheels do have some damage from previous owner and a few would likely need straightened, just haven't gotten around to it.
One set of OEM B6 (18" S4 Wheels) with Winter tires painted gunmetal
I'd give the outside a 7/10 there is a crack in the front grill and a few imperfections as you would expect from a 2006 with 60k+ miles
Interior I'd give an 8/10. Everything is there and in nice shape. EXCEPT the screen for the navigation is not consistently coming on at the moment. Looking into having this fixed prior to a sale.
PA Inspection good through January of 2013
The rest is fairly standard for these 250 Special Edition S4's:
New Torsen T-3 asymmetric ATB centre differential w/ a 40/60 front/rear torque split (maximum of 100% torque can automatically be apportioned to the rear axle).* A much better RWD-like feel. All other 06 and prior year S4's were front axle biased. Same set up as used in the next model year RS4's I believe
Navigation (RNS-E)
(2) Slot SD Memory Card Reader behind Nav screen
Voice Activation Phone Dialing
Bluetooth
Bose premium sound system
6-Disk CD Changer in Glove Box
Sirius Satellite Radio
Carbon Fiber Front Splitter & Rear Spoiler w/ “DTM” Bumpers/Rocker Moldings
Black Pearl Painted Grille w/ Quattro Badge
DTM Edition 18-inch 15-spoke alloy wheels
Racing inspired rear tow hook (red in color)
Thick Weave Carbon Fiber interior belt-line trim (same the RS4 Carbon Fiber trim)
Adaptive/Auto Level Bi-Xenon Headlamps
Power Glass Sunroof
Homelink
Automatic Daytime Running Lights
Rain Sensing Wipers
Power/Heated Front Seats
Memory Driver Seat (4-Memory Spots)
Auto-Dim Inside Rear view Mirror with Compass
Power, Auto-Dim, Heated, Memory, Power Folding (Collapse) Exterior Mirrors
Exterior Color: Avus Silver (Only available on this car, RS4. euro RS6, and Special Order from Audi) As you can see in the photo's in bright sunlight it's a medium silver and at dusk/overcast light it has a hint of blue to the silver.
Interior Color: Hand Made and Stitched Jet Grey/Black two-tone Silk Nappa leather RECARO seats with “quattro” embossed on each seat
4.2 Liter V8 6 Speed Manual Transmission AWD

I'd part with it for $27,500.00. I'm in no rush, and it's as fun to drive as it is to have conversations about. But, I'll also listen to offers and may be able to work something out with only 1 set of wheels, or as is.
Please do not waste my time or yours with ridiculous low balls.
Thanks!
