Trade my MK4 for your MK3

What's up vortex, I'm considering trading my 2000 jetta gls vr6 five speed for an MK2, 3 or 4 GTI, kinda been changing my mind a lot so I've decided to be open to everything but I am NOT looking for a jetta. YOUR CAR MUST BE OF EQUAL VALUE!!! My car has approx. 112,000 on the motor AND trans and 172,000 on the body which is in awesome shape considering the milage, the clear coat is peeling off the top of the passenger side doors and the P.O. dented the underside of the unibody a bit but it's really not noticable, that and a few here and there scratches and dings but absolutely not a speck of rust on it. It's got raceland coilovers, I put an autotech cold air in it with a Spectre filter, it's got ECS spacers and sway bar and a Remus catback ehaust. the mods aren't crazy but its super clean and it sounds nice. the engine runs perfectly, I replaced all the sensors because I got it with a check light on from the previoius owner, it ended up being the cam position sensor and the secondary air injection sensor due to a missing pipe and bracket from the idiots who were hired by the P.O. to do the swap so I just replaced everything. All problems were fixed by myself and my neighbor who is a lisenced mechanic (Eddie's Speed Shop, 9West 43rd St. Bayonne N.J.) it is now mechanically sound. I'm looking for a GTI with about the same specs, I'd prefer one with a bit lower miles which in that case I wouldnt mind if it didnt have the same mods as mine or any at all. My car has no problems whatsoever so I'd like a car that is mechanically sound, as far as body condition, mine has NO RUST so I'd like one with NO RUST. must be a five speed as well. I'm in no rush because I'm still on the fence but please dont be afraid to show me what you got, worst case is I say no. If I dont find anything I'll most likely try to trade again when I go to waterfest or Just sell outright there.
