I have this style radio (Concert)

Can I install this style? Minus the cd changer I assume?

I need a new one and this is a better and cheaper option anyways... Thanks

You need to convert your radio cage to double din.

But it should plug in and work fine the way it is correct? Functionally speaking, I know I need to change the mounting area

Yup. The Symphony is 100% PNP with your 1999 A4. But the entire console swap will require wiring mods (soldering or cheapo wire twisting) to make the swap 100% functional.
