    SOLD!

I have a .75 (.745) fifth gear set available, from an 020 diesel trans. The gears are in good condition, without any cracks, chips, or other damage.

Asking $100 shipped, anywhere in the continental US.

Sorry, don't believe this will work for you. I'm pretty sure the 020 fifth gear set is different from the 02A. I think for 02A, you'd want a TDI fifth.

Will this work in a 9A transmission?

Any suggestions where to get a new 5th gear bolt, 5th fork lock plate, 5th gear circlip, and the 5th housing paper gasket to complete the swap kit?

Yes, this will fit any 020 5 speed trans. Hmmm... sorry I'm really not sure where to get those parts new, except the gasket.

Please send me an IM if still available. I am looking for a set of .745's for my '84 9A tranny rebuild. If I don't get it, this seems to be a good source for 020 parts:

    http://www.zelek.com/VW020_Hard_Parts.htm

Never used them, but prices seem reasonable.
