Pull the timing belt cover off and take a close look at the camshaft seal.

I have a slow oil leak coming off the back right side of the engine. I thought it was the valve cover gasket because there is a little oil residue on the block below the valve cover right next to where the timing belt cover abuts against the block. The timing belt cover also seems to be covered in a bit of oil, as if it oil is dripping onto the belt and spraying some oil as it goes around. I have the new rubber gasket and have replaced the original studs with the ones provided with the new one piece rubber gasket. To try and stop the leak I already took the cover off, cleaned the gasket, made sure all of the studs were tight and retightened cover down to the specified torque in the criss-cross pattern starting at the inner four bolts and then doing the outer four bolts, but that did not solve the problem. Crawling under the car tonight I noticed that oil appears to be running out along one of the studs that holds the exhaust manifold on. I attached some photos and wanted to get some opinions on where the oil may be coming from. Thanks.
