^^unfortunately the Germany forum is semi-dead. Most of us get on here maybe once a week if that. The best way to get an answer is pm me and I’ll sent you my contact info. All of us K-town guys know each other and communicate through other more efficient means BTW the Germany forum has MAD love and well will do almost anything to help out a fellow member. Someone just needs to resurrect the forum.

Semper there is a good body shop in Landsthul. I don't remember the name of the shop. It is right by the McDonalds and to the directly to the right of the car wash. It is owned by a kick ass 60 year old man who still races Porsches and bikes!!!

Jon I feel ya I hate being the only one posting also. Everyone in Germany needs to get off there asses, stop trolling and post something!!! Lets bring this forum back, there are a lot of bad ass cars out here but nobody really gets to see them bc we never link up and only hang out with the ppl we know.

Yeah, instead of hanging out at the park and ride with the other crowds. Since we are all ID card holders we should find a spot to meet. It would be cool to see what everybody is driving.

thanks for the info about the shop.. will have to look into it after my next payday.. she only gets a little money put away for her every month.. and she just got 780eruo worth of work in the dealerships and 2200 dollars in upgrades... so .. after getting the seat fixed, that might be about it for the year.. well after getting the new items installed..

Yo Semp, your gonna lover that new setup. I have the R stoppers on the Jetta now and love them! When I replace the pads, I might go with Cyanne calipers and Hawk pads. P.s. I see you very often on Sembach driving my my building. Ill be driving the jetta to Sembach on Friday. Heading to a shop afterward to work on the Compressor for the Air ride. Good luck with the insall.

You think if we plan for it you could assist me with install of the suspension and calipers?

I know I can do it, but to have an experienced set up eyes to ensure everything is correct will make me sleep better..

IF I have everythig.. maybe 21 July or 12 or 13 AUG.

    thanks

Bro, to be honest with you. I did not install my coilovers. My mechanic installed the front and I did the rear with his supervision. I have been on Air for since 2004. Aso for the Brakes, I bought them on Ebay and they guy had me drive to his shop in Limburg(northern Wiesbaden) and he put them on for me. I can bring the car and we jack it up and make sure it all looks the same diring the install but I dont want you to rely on me for the install. When I look at them, it looks pretty straight forward. Can you post a pic of what you bought?

I just asked my mechanic, he said for the fronts, he will change them for 80 euro. Not sure if that is an ok price.

I would have no problem having him do everything once I get everything..

so all 4 corners suspension and brakes.

could you get me a quote, thanks OR provide me his info.

    thanks..

question: do you know if the R32 rear's will require different Ebrake cables? If so, I will need to order them as well

I did not need a different cable for my R32 rears.

Not sure about the price for all 4 courners for the brakes and the shocks but here is the number. His shop is located about 1 hour form ktown but he has done most of the work on my car.

Ask for Flo. he speaks English
