    ***New summer tires installed today***

    The basics:

    - 100,000 miles
    - 2.5L 5-cylinder engine
    - 5-speed manual transmission
    - 17" OEM Vision-V wheels
    - MFD2 DVD-based Navigation System/Satellite Radio/Aux-in for iPod
    - 6-disc CD changer (in armrest)
    - Gray VW leatherette interior
    - Heated front seats
    - Sunroof, power sliding
    - Fog lights
    - GLI grilles
    - Manuals, receipts for service, full-size spare, jack, etc...
    - 16" OEM Audi wheels w/ snow tires
    - Thule roof rack w/ Thule bike carriers optional (extra)

    Recent maintenance
    - New OEM VW clutch assembly installed by Karen Radley VW
    - New front rotors/pads
    - Oil changed at Lindsay VW in Dulles, VA at rec'd intervals

    Pros
    - Strong engine, fun to drive
    - Decent fuel efficiency w/ manual transmission
    - Great black/gray interior combination

    Issues
    - Minor dings and scrapes from parking
    - Curb rash on wheels
    - Minor wear on driver's seat
    - Navigation button scratched (only one)
    - Navigation could use an updated DVD

    $8,526 Kelley Blue Book value (good condition) as of May 2012
    Asking $6,500 - moving from the area and need this gone!

    Any more interior pics? Maybe of the wear on the seat? My HHR might be totaled and if so, I will need a new car quick for what I can get from the insurance company and this might work perfect.

    Do you know if it is a Package 1, 2, or 3 car? I assume 2?

    Also, has the timing belt been done? Or does it have a chain?

    1. Yes, it's near DC in NoVA. I typically had it serviced at Lindsay VW in Dulles, but Karen did the OEM clutch assembly.

    2. Package 1, as far as I know (though it might be a Package 2)

    3. The 5-cylinder makes use of a timing chain.
