I own a 1999 made VW Polo, four door hatch here in Australia. I've gotta repair/replace a cracked pipe which was caused by overheating ( faulty thermostat, i believe ). What do you suggest? Do I claim this from the repairer who ordered and fitted this part into my vehicle? And would he be also obliged to fix this cracked pipe at his own cost?

Also, does anyone have a good diagram of the cooling system for this model? Greatly appreciated!
