Looking @ 2009 Jetta Wolfsburg Edition

I'm looking at purchasing a car from a dealership for the first time. One of the first cars I had looked at and test drove was a 2009 Jetta Wolfsburg Edition with 31,000 miles. The sticker price is $15,990. I have test driven it once, the ride was smooth and the interior was well kept. Since I am so inexperienced with purchasing a car I was wondering if anyone had any input as to what I should look for with this car - the price seems a little low.. and I am questioning some things on the CarFax report. What do you guys think?
