I'm interested, but KBB is about $18k private party. Is there a reason why you're asking $4500 over market value? did i miss something?

Honestly KBB is not the most accurate measurement system for specialty cars such as an S4, if you look at craigslist you will be looking at 2004-05 S4s with high 60k-80k miles for $18,000. My car has 44k which is pretty low, also my loan payoff is $23,000 so I need to get close to that.

Ehh. I don't necessarily agree with you on that but to each his own. I sold my B7 S4 with 65k miles with mods for $22k and that was over 3 years ago. That was under kbb value. Good luck and I guess the market will dictate if u get your asking price.
