What places have you visited in your lifetime? I'll start
Most of America
Not sure if I will remember them all but here it goes, major cities at least:
And lots of smaller places in between too. I will also be visiting more of Europe soon as I am relocating to London next week for at least 3 years.

Some places I've been:
- Most big-name/vacation spots in the US (including Hawaii and Key West, no Alaska yet)
- Puerto Rico
- Tuscany region
Still have so many more places to visit on my mental list
edit: +netherlands, +slovakia
might be missing a few here and there. lived in a few of these places.

places i've flown to:
japan (on a 1 day stop over)
canada (toronto & vancouver)
few places around the US (hawaii, florida, washington, louisianna, ohio)
places from cruises:
panama canal (aruba, costa rica, panama, columbia)
Not many places. Europe is way too far, so is Asia but it isn't interesting to me anyhow. When in Europe I also don't want to go any of the places my wife would like such as Paris so we just don't go.
In the US:
Entire East Coast down to SC with the exception of VT. Also OH, TX, CA, HI. If you add in simply driving through then also IN, IL, IA, NE, WY, UT, NV.
Outside the US:
Canada if you count Niagra Falls, I don't.
Holland if you count that my family lived there until I was about 6mo old. I also don't.
I'm just a regular Joe, with a regular job. I'm your average white, suburbanite slob.

Japan (just the airport, doesn't count )

You need at least sixteen pigs to finish the job in one sitting, so be wary of any man who keeps a pig farm. They will go through a body that weighs 200 pounds in about eight minutes. That means that a single pig can consume two pounds of uncooked flesh every minute. Hence the expression, "as greedy as a pig.
