    Bought it a year ago but never got around install it. Brand new, only took it out of the box to take pictures, includes installation.

    Sorry to jump the OP but due to width and location of bolts, no...I tired the same thing. You're better off getting a Euro holder for the stock location and putting your state plate on this.

    No front plate requirement!

    (it sure as hell isn't for any sort of scintillating conversation from the locals!!!)

    We don't need one...if you have the OLD green and white plates that Mass hasn't made since 1980, which you can't apply for the retired ones but I still see young kids getting them?
