they are painted black and could use to be redone, they dont have center caps but have 195/55/15 blizzaks with a little life left but im only asking $75 obo which is what they are worth in scrap. text 774 488 9560 im in fall river,ma if you want them but cant make it down right away i take paypal and ill hold them like ive done for a few other people no extra charge
